IDC-201
PADI Instructor Development Course
Clock Hours: 90
Days: 9
This nine-day course trains eligible students to qualify & pass the PADI Instructor exam, in order to obtain a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Certification. In order to become a PADI Open Water Instructor, a qualified student must be successful when completing the Instructor Development Course (IDC), and then attend & pass the PADI Instructor Exam (IE). The IDC may be entered at any time if a student meets the entry requirements. With successful completion of the PADI Instructor Examination (IE), PADI will award candidates the Open Water Scuba Instructor certification.
